what is outsourcing software development?
I understand what does it mean. But is there any full-fledged guide on how to effectively use it as an instrument?

Re: what is outsourcing software development?
I don't understand why my previous post was removed. Maybe some person wants to stop an outsourcing propagation as a worldwide phenomenon. It remembers a story about unsuccessful attempts of religious to stop Bible printing on German and English languages at 16 century. Now, both the Bible and the outsourcing (as a kind of activity) are spread all around the Earth and are available to everyone. Outsourcing is opening to the World more progressive ideas than an advice "keep it in house" (IMHO).

What was the advertisement? I saw that 533 people viewed this post. It indicates that the theme is actual for folks, isn't it? I have just linked to the EchoUA company's blog with articles, that uncovered a lot of aspects of IT-outsourcing. If there nobody will answers to questions, what is a benefit of the forum existence?
