What kind of "help" do you need?

Did you ever hear about Google? Then try to start with it.
Additionally you may want to provide more information about your problems...

Perhaps if you explained in more detail of what you are trying to accomplish and the issues you are facing we may be able to better advise. choose the best point by using several caracteristics. doesn't really mean much to me.
All advice is offered in good faith only. All my code is tested (unless stated explicitly otherwise) with the latest version of Microsoft Visual Studio (using the supported features of the latest standard) and is offered as examples only - not as production quality. I cannot offer advice regarding any other c/c++ compiler/IDE or incompatibilities with VS. You are ultimately responsible for the effects of your programs and the integrity of the machines they run on. Before you write a program you need a solution strategy. Finding the "best" when there are several characteristics is a research area in its own right,

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multip...ision_analysis

There are very sophisticated approaches but it can also be made very simple:

    1. First quantify the characteristics. You can define a scale for each characteristic, say a number between 0 and 100, and then determine how high each "point" scores on each scale. For example if there are 3 characteristics a "point" may score 4, 73 and 49.

    2. Then for each "point" sum up all scores to a total score. In the example above 4+73+49 = 126 will be the total score for that particular "point".

    3. Finally the "point" with the highest total score is declared the "best".
