regsvr32 off my own NmsCmCommon.dll failes with was loaded, but the DllRegister

In Our Visual Studio 2015 our unmanaged NmsCmCommon.dll can not be registerd with regsv32

when i let run «C:\WINDOWS\System32\regsvr32.exe /C NmsCmCommon.dll» this is as much as i know the X64 Bit Version i geht the Error:
The modules NmsCmCommon.dll is loaded but the entry-point DLLRegistryServer was not found.
Make sure that NmsCmCommn.dll is a valid DLL or OCX File and the try again.

But i do not really changed something in my dll for the migration to X64 ? I dont understand why this happens,

And does the DLLRegistryServer really exists within NmsCmCommon.dll?
