Does anyone here have a step by step on how to accomplish accessing network share from apache server?

I have beat my head against the wall trying to do this and all i get is a 403 Error page

how can this be done?

Access log:

(/2 being my test folder alias)

Im using Windows 7 Ultimate
I have apache 2.2
im using xampp

and i have googled up to 4 pages into google worth of BS that does nothing
i cant add or change permissions to said network drive......atleast i dont know how cause when i try using cmd i get access denied

HELP PLEASE!!!
