Did he/she explain what it was? I've never heard of "routeable" members. Maybe it was a trick question -- it may have been designed to make you look stupid answering a nonsense question.

No, he didnot explain me anything.
Interviewer just asked me to ask the same question to a person who has experience of around 4 to 5 years. Interviewer said that he/she will knew it.
