Heaventools Software has released Resource Tuner 1.97, which can make changes to any Windows application interface to reflect your personal tastes. Now supports viewing and replacing large (256x256) PNG-compressed Vista icons.

Resource Tuner is a visual resource editor that lets you quickly browse, view, extract, modify, translate, edit, or replace any selected executable file resources contained within 32-bit Windows executable files. It offers a thorough look at all of the resources (PNG, XML, Image Lists, Type Library, bitmaps, jpeg, icons, strings, etc) in the file, and allows you to make modifications without needing to recompile the source code. Resource Tuner ships with the UPX Unpacker, a start-up processing plug-in for unpacking files compressed with UPX.
