    what you mean by "freelance programming resources"? As your title tells me that you are looking for freelance work. Well, there is a section here "Looking for work", you can post your details there for others to look at, then there is a section "Jobs" where people post the jobs they have.

    Apart of them, you can visit www.elance.com, www.rentacoder.com, ********acoder.com, there are alot of sites that offer freelance work, some are free for developers, some are not. You can go through them and see which ones suits you best.
