Don't bother. Nobody opens .EXE files. There is one .EXE, one .FON and one .TXT that apparently contains some code. I'll post the .TXT file.
Zip all the files in your vbp programs folder, so that anyone can download it, take a LOOK at the code BEFORE RUNNING IT, and then, try to help you with debugging.

I do not know what is doing or could do that Exe file and I would not dare to launch it without examining its code, first !!!

You name this to be a vb file but its still an exe and the text file believe me can be anything which is here for tricking people. So if you want to add some stuff, add the original VB code so we can compile it ourself and will see what the code is for.

So, now, it is clear compiled components or executables are not welcome.
But it should also be clear that - even if we would not test exe's - not everyone you meet herearound is willing yto make damages or break the law...
...at present time, using mainly Net 4.0, Vs 2010
