- Added the Digital Signature Viewer.

The Digital Signature Viewer lets you view a certificate-based digital signature of a particular executable file, validate the identity of the software publisher, and verify that the signature is valid and has been applied properly.

- Now supports creating a resource section in files that don't contain a resource table.
- Manifest Wizard now supports adding a trust info section in the manifest resource to mark pre-Vista applications with a requested execution level.
