where can i find it? do i really need to buy? is there a way for me to download it?

by the way i'm living in cebu, phillipines. is there anyone out there knows where to buy a cd besides through the internet? i have been looking for quite sometime and i'm getting desperate.

Forget Turbo C++ 3.0. It's old & non-standard. Get a more powerful & more standard conformant compiler.
