IWebBrowser2 :: OnBeforeNavigate

Hey.
I have the following problem: i hit some requirmnets in OnBeforeNavigate2 handler, and now i need to load a custom page into the IWebBrowser control. I can do it easily from the hard drive by using the navigate function, but when if i want to browse to a dynamically generated web page that is stored in memory? How can i do that/
