Crystal Reports 8 do not Export on Terminal Services 2003

The client is an administrator, and has been able to duplicate the issue when being directly on the terminal server.
However, this does not occur from the application server, or any other computer on the actual network.
Also, he has given all of the users admin rights, so it isn't a security issue.
Both the database server and terminal server are both on Windows 2003, so that's not the issue either.
Is there any other reason why the reports could not be exported?
