I think it depends on what you are going to use it for. I use a lot of symbol/motorola devices some models of these are very nice others leave a bit to be desired but again it depends on what you plan to do with it.

HTC and samsung are the best for you. i give you photo both mobile...you look the photo.... i think samsung is best...
