Best Free PDF Creator for VB.Net

I have checked all the posts in VB.Net for PDF Creators and have come to the conclusion that iText# may be the best PDF creator to use

1) Must be Free
2) Must be able to be controlled 100% by VB.Net
ie, I dont want to have to stop and key in a Save Path, etc
3) Must be relibable, robust, proven

Is there any better than iText# meeting these criteria ?

There is PDFbox... check out http://www.pdfbox.com/userguide/dot_net.html

Unfortunately (for us), it was wrote in java. You therefore need java dlls to get it to work (there are links to IKVM in above page). It will add a good few mb to your project, but it works very well.
