Essential Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years development experience with very strong object-oriented background in languages such as Java, Python, Perl, PHP, Ruby, C++; experience with Flash a plus; high academic achievement for more junior roles
Bachelors in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or similar; advanced degree in a relevant concentration for more senior roles a plus
Experience working in environments that have scaled very quickly required for senior engineering roles.
Strong architectural sensibilities required for senior engineering roles
Solid experience with Agile development methodologies
Deep experience with multi-tier web applications
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience with MySQL and environments a plus
Ability to mentor and develop others required for senior engineering roles
