Where do I put the XML (not XAML) for my XML tutorial?

I'm using silverlight 4.0 on Vista.
I'm having a nightmare trying to figure this out. I seriously am scared that I can't figure this out.

This is a tutorial I"ve been trying to get to work since yesterday, But I have no clue where to put the XML file.

I put it in the client bin, right?

Doesn't it go in the data folder?
