I have written a web based app. that helps the process of managing tasks and issues within a multi-member project environment that I am giving away for free.

What I would like to know is this...

1. Am I allowed to post a link to my web site here?
2. If not, am I allowed to post a link to my site anywhere on this forum?
3. Is there anyone who wants it?
