MSDN is the best source of information. You may want to look at C#'s Programmers reference. Its very nice to learns its concept first and then check out examples at
    http://windowsclient.net/ as well.

    Hey,

I have been programming with C# and .net for about 1 year at my school so I guess that I can give some advice since I'm still learning everyday

The most important information source in my opinion:
    - MSDN . You will return to this page very often

    Good books:

*Visual C# 2008 How to Program (3rd Edition)
Very good book. Extremely newbie friendly. I have found this book to be terrific.
Over 1400 pages of pure C# information, which is written very well.

*Visual C# 2008 Step By Step
Written in a more technical way. This was my first book and I learned a lot from this.

These books pretty much assume that you have Visual Studio(2008) installed (which you should if you are going to be a serious C# programmer).

Do you know SQL already? Most of these books cover some web programming also, so you might want to consider grabbing info on SQL also to make it easier. Then you can play around with SQL Server.

Goals for yourself? Buy one of those books and follow them systematically. You will gradually learn that way. Since you are 16, you are not probably in a university yet, but take a C# course whenever you can.

    Just my 0.2 ^.^
