I am downloading VS ExpressC#, I think my home network is fast and i am connecting using wireless but when I start to run the vcssetup.exe, it downloads at a speed of 2000KB then it drops to 1,4,6,4,5 KB only. someone could explain why that happens ? This is really strange to me
