The Barking Lot is a dog day care center. You have met with the owner and she wants you to create three programs that will do the following. Before you begin any coding you must break down the logic, therefore, you must create a flowchart and pseudo code for the following scenarios.

a. A program that accepts data for an ID number of a dog’s owner, and the name, breed, age, and weight of the dog. Displays a bill containing all the input data as well as the weekly day care fee which is $55 for dogs under 15 pounds, $75 for dogs at least 15 pounds but no more than 30 pounds, $105 for dogs over 30 pounds but no more than 80 pounds, and $125 for dogs over 80 pounds. Hint: This is for a single dog – no loop.
