    Question Callouts(Balloons) in C# Aplication without using third party control

    Hi,
    I am uing .Net2.0 framework(VS2005). I want to add callouts(oval or Rectangular Balloons) functionality in my C# Application at runtime without using third party control.
    Could anybody suggest me any solution.
    Its Urgent.
