Your post is in the right forum, but the Crystal Reports forum is not the one having the most activity. You can see it for yourself by looking at other thread without any answer. There is not that much you can do for now. Give it some more time, one of the guru will eventually answer to it.

Also, as a side note, naming your thread with something more related to the question can usually helps. Keep that in mind for the next time!
