    Question FrameWork 4.0 Installation Issue

    I have downloaded the FrameWork 4.0 from the Following Microsoft Web Site into My Flash Drive .but when I tried to install in my Laptop .Which has No InterNet Access .Dial up Wizard Comes Automatically .is there any way to Download FrameWork 4.0 WithOut InterNet Access .let me know the idea .Any help would be highly appreciated .
