read/write .csv files

hey everyone! i need your help today (in fact this forum's help always came very handy )

i'm looking for a script (in c or c++) that reads/writes .csv files. no your not going to do my homework because this script will be part of a project about hotel reception management that i'm working on.

the script must be able to import data from/export data to .csv files
