Temp to full time C++ programmer needed ASAP

Job:
C++ Programmer for XP, Vista, Windows 7 platforms



Requirements:
TCP/IP Programming knowledge
RTSP - For streaming video
Video encoding implementation with codecs such as X.264, DIVX, etc.

Located in the United States.

18 years or older.

Good communication skills.

Minimum 5 years experience as a programmer with samples of previous projects.



Additional Info:
I have owned several successful businesses in and out of the IT field and I’ve started this newest company solely for the purpose of this project. I’m hiring a single programmer that meets these requirements and you will be hired as a temporary contractor. If the business model proves successful and we turn profits, you will be hired on as a full time employee to further upgrade and maintain the software. The goal is to start out small to test the market, then grow to a much larger and more profitable company.
