    Great Post, First you install required software kits then if you are very strong knowledge in specialized programming areas like AndroidSDK, EclipseSDK.definitely you will be able to develop Mobile OS.All the best.

    Developing a high-quality Mobile OS is not an easy task. If you have the proper knowledge regarding the required tools which can ensure it then it will be not a problem. But getting the expert suggestion from the experienced people is the best suggestion.
