What is Finalizer and how to implement it...please help me out

Seems we get a lot of people who do not want to do any research on thier own instead they come on here and type a very short question and expect someone else to spend thier time on it.
Always search the net first then if you can not find an answer post a question but when you do so make sure your question is clear and detailed. Most people are not going to spend 5 or 10 minutes of thier time explaining something to you when it appears you are not willing to spend 5 minutes to do a search or a detailed question.
Always use [code][/code] tags when posting code.
