Writing an article on code guru.

Hey,

I was thinking of writing an article for code guru whenever I have something of worth to contribute. The only problem is I am not sure about the appropriate structure of these articles, or the standards expected for the writing. I am also ignorant of how to format the article and insert section of code and such like that. Can anyone give me any feedback on this?
