binding dynamically created dataset to empty crystal report.

Hi all,
I have a scenario like this, that i have created manually a dataset that includes two data tables in it. for every 8 hours the fields in the datatables will get changed, so i have created a dataset manually. I want the data with in the dataset to be displayed in the crystal report at runtime. How can I do this? Could some one help me pls.
