If the OP wreacs havoch on his own doesn't matter but the problem is he seems to be employed. Hopefully the company wakes up and realizes they cannot pick just any fool for programming, especially not in C++. The best option probably is to promote the OP into documentation or if he refuses, transfer him to a Java group. Java is more resilient to stupid programmers.

In the long run it's better of course to hire well-educated professionals only. Unfortunately this seemingly obvious strategy has yet to convince upper management who otherwise wouldn't dream of letting the pizza delivery man perfom brain surgery on them. For some reason anyone who can spell BASIC is considered top programmer.
