    SDK downloads?


    Hey! Suppose that I've only Windows 98 as my OS, and as u know, new APIs and functions comes out in new OSes like Microsoft Windows 2000 and such. Is there anyway to download these new SDKs(including the new functions and stuff in them) from MSDN? Thanks!!!!!
