Hello
I am deveoping a TAPI program that can be used to send wave to another phone via PC-Modem-phone-line.

Currently:
1. able to make call
2. desitantion phone is ringing
3. i obatin the LINECALLSTATE_PROCEEDING

However, i ccannot get LINECALLSTATE_CONNECTED in callback function even the destination phone has been PiCK UP!!!

What shall i do? Any idea?
