CScrollBar custom colors?

Well is there an easy way of setting all the colours, sizes and things....of a CScrollBar..

As I'd like to make the background yellow, the buttons blue etc?

I can't set all the parts using:

afx_msg HBRUSH CtlColor(CDC* pDC, UINT nCtlColor)

Any help would be great

Even some ideas of what to look for.
