    setting up ip by API in Windows ?

    hi guys!
    if anybody know how to set up ip by win api?
    i dont want to use shell

    Sorry, but you are unclear, do you want to install the TCP/IP protocol or do you want to configure TCP/IP (addresses, etc etc)???
