    which API should I use to do video conferencing

    Hi,
    i want to do video conferencing between 2 PCs i want to know the starting point, i mean which API should i study or where i can find the help on internet about it

    A possible option could be Windows Media Encoder technologies. The problem with this one is that it's not verry well suited for real time transmissions as it has a 3-4 seconds delay.
