    How to change the startup screen

    Honestly, I used made this question, but i dont have money to buy that software. I intend to give it up...True.
    But I re think and find that my startup screen needs to be more beautiful, so I ask this question again. I amnot joking...
    Does anyone know any way to change the startup screen of Windows ??? I would like to change it using my own image...
    Could you tell me?
