    How to Update Access ?

    hi,
I have an Access 2000 (used as Server) on one computer and about 20 clients (also Access 2000).
clients update (insert, delete, update) their own Access, and then copy their data in Server Access.
    the problem is :
one client cannot see the changes made by another one, every one sees only its own changes unless the Server Access is closed and opened.

is there any way to update the Server Access so that all clients see the changes made by others without closing and restarting the Server Access ?
    Best regards
    Exceter.

    hi
why don't u separate code, forms from the data (split the database)
then put only data on the server and put only code on the clients

this way all users update dat on the same file and they'll be able to see others changes.

also check that the cursor is dynamic.
