Screen capture
Is it possible to write a VB routine, to be operated in the background, that will capture the screen output from a non-VB application. The person I am dealing with wishes to be able to "printscreen" some graphics produced by an application that doesn't use the "printscreen" feature. Thanks.

Re: Screen capture
you can try add images to BMP formats by using Macvide ScreenCap. it's for mac users. It's just a good program i've used.Very fuvctional and easy-in-use. you can also print your screen shots or publish them to the internet.
Just look at http://www.macvide.com/Macvide_ScreenCap/ and if it fit you will use))

Re: Screen capture
A lot of us use Camtasia, as well as SnagIt, which both work well.

I've never heard about SnagIt... as for Camtasia, it works fine, but is too pricy
My job involves creating tutorials, and I prefer Screen VidShot by geovid, which is a good combination of price and quality.
...just noticed: the thread has been alive since 2002, lol))
