    bmp to jpg or save jpg

    i have a picture in picture box
    So could some1 explain me how i can save a jpeg file??? I reallly need this! Or if you don't know this, how can i "convert" bmp's to jpeg's? So i save a bmp file using SavePicture.... but i want a jpg....
    pleaaaaase help me!!!

    I think Intel's ijl.dll has the ability to save an image as a .jpg file. I think Intel is giving away copies of their ijl.dll for free at:
