Does anyone know where I can get my hands on an official BASIC specification or at least some information on the original basis for the BASIC syntax? Not biased by any particular implementation such as VB but the standard spec going back to the 70's? I could use the MSDN to extract the information I need but then my implementation would turn out too much like VB. Little Help.
