I have created a property page for my control . But i want to display that property page at runtime also . Kindly help me how to do it .

Secondly I want to obtain a refernce to the property page that i have created . I have written the following two lines of code that donot work :-
dim s as PropertyPage
set s=propPage

The following error occurs :-
variable propPage not found

Kindly help me as soon as possible . Project is pending
