    What is .NET

    Hi !!

    To Start with .NET, what should i do ?
    What are VB.NET, VC.NET, Studio.NET .....etc ?

    PS: I work with Win32 API Programming, and not with MFC.

    You should see earlier threads where this issue is discussed (or in one of the General Discussion topics)

    In short: .NET is a framework for Microsoft's new strategy. VB.NET is Visual Basic in .NET framework. It uses .NET's API calls, class structure and so on.
