Has anyone used Microsot Application Center Test tool, which is included in .NET Enterprise?

I'm having a problem with it. When I run the Test either from Samples or my own, I get the error: "l>ScriptError,Library not registered."
What Library? How do I register it? I cannot find anything about this in their documentation. Help?
