    Rotating Images

    Hello All,
    Can anyone tell me how to rotate a bitmap in VB 5.0 without getting those
    fancy shmancy expensive ActiveX controls?

    There is a code on http://www.vb-world.net. I don't know exactly which TIP it is but I'm sure it is in there.
