Miraplacid Printer Driver SDK is a set of tools for software developers who would like to extend Miraplacid Printer Drivers' list of supported graphics formats. Using this SDK, you can develop plug-ins which could be built into the driver with help of specially designed utility. Each plug-in will be used by driver for saving raster bitmap to the file of corresponding format. Plug-ins are implemented as 32-bit Windows Multithreaded DLLs (with extension of '.xpd'). Miraplacid Printer Driver 95/98/ME and Miraplacid Printer Driver 2000/XP both use the same plug-ins, so, your plug-ins will work the same way with both drivers. Plug-ins are designed to be written in C or C++, using Microsoft Visual C/C++.
