vbScript vs javaScript in ASP page
can i use both VBscript and javaScript in an ASP page? vbScript is run at server which deal with database and javaScript is run on client(browser)???

you can use both scripting languages on both the server and the client in one page.
(VBScript OTOH is only understood by IE.)

is it means that if i'm using Netscape to browse to a page which content vbscript run at server and javaScript run at client, it work?

You can use both vbscript and javascript in script side of ASP page:
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="javascript">
</script>
But in server side of ASP pages you can use only vbscript.

You can use both vbscript and javascript in script side of ASP page:
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="javascript">
</SCRIPT>
<script language="vbscript">
</script>
But in server side of ASP pages you can use only vbscript.

yes, you can run an ASP from a Netscape browser and have client-side scripting in JavaScript and server-side scripting in VBScript or JScript.
