What is a simple way to have unique sequential numbers
appear in new Notes documents as they are created. This
would be used in a simple issues tracking system. Probably
using DBLOOKUP and a view, with the number appearing
as "computed when composed" when the new issue document is
first created. This should not be done via using parsed
UID numbers or similar method. UNIQUE and SEQUENTIAL being
the key parameters here
