I want to know how to use Visual basic to build a CBT application? Is it possible to build it using VB? I am having a project that is building an offline components for distance learning - that is an interactive multimedia practical CD. I am building an application whereby authorized person (lecturer) can insert their lecture notes into this application to be delivered in CD. This application will have to be only a framework where other subjects could be insert into this application so that it could be delivered through CD. I want to know how to do this in Visual Basic.
