VB6 APIs To VB .NET?

Does anyone know how to convert VB6 APIs to VB .NET?

I have the RightFAX API and Application in VB6 that works and I'm having trouble converting to .NET.....ANY SUGGESTIONS?

PLEASE HELP!!!
