WIN2000 Problem with Pop-Up a Form

Hy, I have the problem, when in WIN2000 any Form or any .EXE gets the Focus, then the Program is blinking in the taskbar and don`t come up. Is there a possibility thats the window gets the focus??

Try using the show method of the form, if that doesn't work, you will need to use the setwindowpos api function.
